In Rieux-minervois, a lovely village, between the sea and the Montagne Noire, welcoming and very picturesque, where the vineyards and pine trees stretch as far as the eye can see. Not forgetting its picturesque streets and the church of Ste Marie with its heptagonal bell tower.

The Minervois vineyard is one of the largest in Languedoc Roussillon. With nearly 15,000 hectares of vines, of which 5,000 hectares are used to produce AOC wines, the wide range of table wines, local wines and grape varieties is completed by three distinct AOCs: AOC Minervois, AOC Minervois - La Livinière and Muscat de Saint Jean de Minervois.
