The museum has a display of Neolithic furniture discovered in caves in the Saint-Pons region, including the Grotte de Resplandy. An important site in terms of recent European prehistory, the Grotte de Camprafaud is described in great detail (early Neolithic period to early Bronze Age). Display cases with clear explanations, models, videos and a documentary film all ensure a successful visit. A large table denoting sites in Saint Pons and megalithic structures is the focal point of the educational area. A key feature of the museum is the area with the menhir statues set off by an original sound and light show.
