Bivouac Precautions & Wild Camping

What are the differences between the two?

Wild Camping

Consists of camping outside designated areas, often near civilization, with a tent or a vehicle. This may be prohibited in certain municipalities, requiring the owner's consent.

Bivouac

Temporary camping for one night, without shelter or with a lightweight tent, often related to outdoor activities. This camping must take place from sunset to sunrise and may also require the owner's permission.
