From the wine-growing plains of the Minervois to the steep slopes of the aiguilles du Caroux (Caroux’s needle), feel free to visit the Gorges d'Héric, the Gorges de la Cesse and du Brian, the Cave named "Le Palais de la Fileuse de Verre" (The Palace of the Glass Spinner) in the village of Courniou or the Marble Cathedral of St Pons de Thomières...

The Palace of the Glass Spinner

The Glass Spinner, an enchanting fairy,
pure and majestic, sculpted
by water and time, leads us to the origin of the abyss.

Le Lake of Vesoles

The heath, the heather and the forest
surround the lake, reflecting in its deep blue waters,
revealing its wild beauty.

The Gorges of La Cesse

This limestone plateau and the gorges
have been shaped by water,
which created this typical karstic relief, composed of caves, f
aults, diaclases, where the water infiltrates and circulates underground.

Olargues and its Castrum

Olargues, classified as one of the "Most beautiful villages in France",
is located on the banks of the river Jaur,
6 km upstream from its junction with the river Orb, in a narrow valley,
in the south of the Monts de l'Espinouse.

Stroll through its medieval alleys, its castrum and on the Devil's Bridge.

Minerve, the Cathar City

Historic capital of the Minervois,
the city emerges in the middle of the causse,
protected by the deep gorges of the Cesse River and the Brian River
where water has shaped astonishing natural bridges.
In its medieval streets, Minerve keeps in memory the Cathar epic,
which you can learn about in the Hurepel Museum.

The Vineyard Roads

The small winding vineyard roads
often offer beautiful panoramas of the surrounding mountains such as the Corbières,
the Pyrenees... on the Mediterranean Sea!
There, you will cross different terroirs : limestone soils with a bright white colour, schist soils, etc.
A pleasure for the eyes!

The Mediterranean Garden of Roquebrun

Under the tower, dominate the village.
In the Little Nice of the Hérault,

the nearby Mediterranean and the
Pyrenees a little bit further.
The orientation table located on a belvedere is the ideal point for this panorama.
